BREAKING!! IMSU ON A MOVE TO CHANGE VICE-CHANCELLOR AS CONTESTANT DROPS AMBITION FOR PROF. ADOBI OBASI (ACTING VC)

The Acting Vice-chancellor of Imo State University, owerri (IMSU), Prof Adobi Obasi has continued to receive commendation from both academic and non academic staff of the University as a result of what majority of the staff consider as "Superlative performance".

According to the Report, Prof P.U. Okorie, one of the contestants for the post of Vice-chancellor yesterday withdraw from the contest.

Though Prof. Didn't state or give any reason  why he withdraw but one of his confidants was quoted as saying that "he had to drop his ambition in order to support Prof.  Adobi Obasi in view of what she represent and how she had transformed the University withing the shortest time. ever"
He also added that if she will be given the Opportunity as a substantive VC, IMSU will be totally transformed.

Meanwhile, following the withdraw of Prof P.U Okorie. It was noted that only Four professors are now in the race, among all, includes one contestant from the IMSU University Community.
