Imo state university in the bid to create more infrastructural opportunities for teaching and learning has recently turned into a huge construction site as number of projects under the NEEDS assessment and TETFund have been completed while some are yet to be completed.
Some of the schemes were construction is currently in progress include the university senate building, the new library, new medical center, residential hostels and the construction of additional perimeter fence among other completed schemes.
These projects including the perimeter fencing, when completed will definitely change the skyline of the school and give it a wonderful outlook it deserves in the beautiful lake nwaebere campus.
Meanwhile, this is to inform students and the general public that the senate in its regular meetings approved Tuesday January 2nd as resumption date for fresh and returning students of the University for the Continuation of 2017/2018 academic session which was temporarily halted on Friday 22nd December to mark the Christmas break.
Fresh Students are to resume acceptance fee and ancillary payment at the school micro finance bank while the supplementary list is anticipated middle January.
