Geography And Environmental Science Invites All To Participate In The 2018 World Environment Day In IMSU

To celebrate the World Environment Day on Tuesday June 5 at Imo state university, the department geography and  Environmental Science is bringing together students and associations in IMSU to participate in this year's edition with the theme "Beat Plastic Pollution".

Various activities on how to protect our home earth, bird watching, butterfly and insect identification have been planned. 

There will also be awareness building activities on environment conservation for participants.

In this regard, Geography and environmental science Imo state university is set to celebrate the 2018 edition in grand style and invitation is extended to the general public to come participate in the breath taking event Tuesday June 5th at Lecture Theatre behind IMSU Bookshop, 10AM.

The program will be of great value addition to students as all will receive participation certificate at the end of the program.
