Ex-CJN Idris Legbo Kutigi passes on
A former Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi passed on this morning in a London hospital.
According to family sources, the Late CJN died early Sunday morning, after a protracted illness, and plans are being made to return his body to Nigeria for burial in accordance with Islamic rites.
Idris Kutigi was born in 1939 in Niger State, where he served as the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in 1976.
