Imo State University Chapter Officially Joins ASUU Nationwide Strike.

The IMSU chapter of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) on Monday, officially joined its counterparts in a nationwide indefinite strike embarked upon by the Union. 

The IMSU ASUU Chairman, Engr. Dr Luke Uzoigwe confirmed to us this morning. "The strike is on now, We have domesticated the total indefinite strike" he said.

However, the strike is indefinite, but mind you, the word indefinite doesn't mean it can't be called off within a short period of time.

Meanwhile, we reliably gathered also that a congress would be held tommorow in the campus to throw more light on this. Stay tuned.
