IMSU Releases Matriculation Numbers For 2019/2020 Academic Session.
This is to inform all 2019/2020 admitted candidates of Imo State University (IMSU), that the school management has released the matriculation numbers of admitted candidates for 2019/2020 academic session.

Matriculation number also known as matric no. is a special type of number issued to new and existing students of any institution or university when they are been admitted for the first. It is usually given during or after the matriculation ceremony.

Please Note!

1) Only Fresh students that have completed their online Acceptance Clearance and have made full payment of their tuition fees are allocated Matriculation Numbers.

2) If you run into any hitch accessing your Matriculation Number or you notice any spelling mistake in the biodata details , please send an email to: [email protected].

Here are the uses of matriculation number:

* Payment of school fees
* View your semester result
* Register your semester courses

* Register for your matriculation school fees as a fresher in the institution you are admitted.

Please be informed that management and the academic board of Imo state university have approved Monday 2nd February 2021 the commencement and continuation of first semester examination for all fresh students in the 2019/2020 academic year. To this end, all newly admitted students are mandatory expected to complete all registration formalities before the said date. Please note that this includes the payment of fees and issuance of matriculation number.

Note further that any fresh student who fails to obtain matriculation number will not be able to view his semester result, register his semester courses and as well process his graduation clearance.

Payment to be made for effective year one faculty clearance:

1. Acceptance fee
2. Ancillary fee or school fees
3. Medical fee
4. O level results verification
5. Matriculation gown or fee
6. Sports
